You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories, manuals, inserts, and components originally provided.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items generally cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Opened skincare products
Used cosmetic or beauty products
Personal care items
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked)
Products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review your situation.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

A damaged item;
A defective product; or
An incorrect product,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

DermaFlip will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

No longer wanted
Ordered the wrong product
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify eligibility.
If the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will proceed with the applicable refund, replacement, or exchange.
If the returned product shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, intentional damage, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the return may be declined.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds typically begin processing within 5 business days after approval.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit where permitted by law.
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted.

Products returned with missing components;
Items returned in a condition different from when received;
Products showing signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them; or
Returns that otherwise do not fully comply with this policy but remain eligible under applicable law.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
If a shipment is refused or returned because:
An incorrect address was provided;
Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;
The customer refused the shipment without authorization;
additional shipping fees or deductions may apply before any refund is issued.
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a prompt resolution.
Submitting an unnecessary payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process while the claim is investigated.
To protect our customers and business, DermaFlip reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
Fraudulent activity;
Abuse of the return policy;
Multiple excessive returns;
False damage claims; or
Other misuse of our services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
