Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
DermaFlip currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future. If international shipping is offered, eligible countries and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping carriers may include reputable national or regional delivery providers, depending on destination and service availability.
The shipping method selected during checkout determines the estimated delivery timeframe.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

If your order contains multiple products, it may be shipped in separate packages to improve delivery efficiency or due to inventory availability.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is shipped in multiple packages.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:
Taking photographs of the package before opening it;
Taking photographs of any damaged products;

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders returned due to:
Incorrect shipping information;
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
Refused delivery; or
Failure to collect the shipment,
may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
If international shipping becomes available:
